  Service staff have an extremely bad attitude. I had an issue recently where I left feeling “conned”. The attitude of guy on the service desk was its our way or no way. There are other dealers who would be glad of my custom. I normally don’t post negative reviews, but I wouldn’t touch these guys with a barge pole.

  Another scheduled service of my Renault. As usual no issues. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very comfortable waiting area with free coffee and tee.
