  Lovely breakfasts, good rooms and the best locale half a block from the beach, one block to the commuter train to Central Dublin, one block to the airport bus, and close to a number of pubs and restaurant.

  Very clean and comfortable. Great showers. Lovely owner and good selection at breakfast. Highly recommended.
