  Open space, not intimidating in any way and the staff are all ego free and very approachable.

  I joined a 6 week plan & paid €275 upfront, they wouldn't allow me to make an appointment without taking payment over the phone which should have alerted me in the first place. Unfortunately my circumstances changed & I was unable to partake so I rang for a refund only to be told they weren't authorised to refund. I had to ring every day for 2 weeks before I got a call from the owner, Michael. He listened to what I had to say & offered me gym membership instead, when I told him due to my circumstances changing I would be unable to attend Women's Fitness he said "you can do what you want with it but you are not getting your money back" and hung up the phone on me. Unprofessional & rude. Money grabbers so beware. Lovely to deal with but don't care once you have handed over your money. Nowhere on their website does it state non refundable & neither voice or email said it either.

  I love the flexible times offered.There is always an opportunity to get into a class even for those who work long days like me.I like the variety of classes and instructors.The professionalism of all the staff at women fitness is such a striking feature.No place for grumpy faces.Everyone of them is eager to help us meet our fitness goals.They are not just doing a job.They are happy to help.

  Having done a 6 week kickstart programme and the class pass in Women's Fitness I'd definitely recommend this gym to anyone who is looking to join a gym that has brilliant, motivating and easy-to-talk to trainers, lovely girls to talk to at the desk with any questions you may have and nutritionists who will help you keep targeting that goal in your head. The classes cater for beginners to advanced users and are very enjoyable. Everything is explained in depth throughout the class & the music gives everyone the "feel good factor" The gym itself has all the latest equipment in the fitness industry and upon joining you will be introduced and shown how to use the apparatus. Thumbs up from me 👍🏻

  I completed the 6 week kickstart with my sister and mum before a family wedding in October. I lost the weight that I could not shed myself. We were all thrilled with our results. The staff were so friendly and accommodating especially as my mum had back problems. Barry, Clara and Denise gave us the motivation that we needed in order to achieve our goals. Other staff members helped us when they were not available so that we did not miss out. I would highly recommend Women's Fitness especially if you have never been in a gym before! :)
