  Wide range of tools and products to choose from, but definitely not for the best price. Wide range of paints and tools still, and lovely employees.

  I don’t like to be the one who puts in bad reviews, but I have been shopping at this woodies many times, mainly due to me living within walking distance to it. But every time it’s pretty much the same experience with the staff; apart from an older gentleman who works in the paint department, they are not very helpful and they seem to avoid you as much as possible, I have even seen one walk a big circle around me just to avoid any query. Not sure how Woodies treat their staff or if this store just have a bad store manager, but I haven’t gotten a very positive impression of the staff in this store. I can see a few other reviews here mentioning a similar experience with the staff. But if you know what you need, then in terms of product selection they usually have what you need, I do feel like they could have more of a variation in their tool selection, it’s mainly the same tools they have just from different brands (Draper, Tactix and Stanley) and I feel like they are a bit on the expensive side too.

  Customer service is not great but if u know what your doing you wont go wrong with Woodies DIY store.

  Woodies is one of the best run hardware stores in cork not like others where u cant find staff on the floor to help you and when you purchase something a bit heavy they will even bring it to your car...great service

  Woodies is a fantastic store for pretty much anything you need for a house or work. Whether it's for the kitchen, bedrooms, garage, gardens, or building work the store is packed with items of all kinds. They've literally not left any stone unturned in here when it comes to goods. It's a great little spot to go for a walk about and glance at things you'd love to buy but can't. You could do serious damage to your wallet in here if you'd a but of cash!
