  Just tried to buy products in this shop and as the value was less than €10 They tried to put a "service charge" of €0.40 On my purchase. When I argued the point that it is now illegal to charge a customer for this (surcharge) the gentleman agreed with me. A surcharge is illegal. But a service charge is not. So change the heading on a charge and legal loop hole created. My answer was keep the stuff and walked out. Wrong in every sense of the word. He has lost a customer for ever.
