::WARNING. DO NOT TRUST YAPSTONE WITH ANY OF YOUR PAYMENT PROCESSING. our home away host cancelled the booking on us and the payment is said to have been reversed. Yapstone acknowledges the receipt of the money and proof funds for processing exists however now they claim to have lost the money and it is nowhere to be found. Customer service will just point the blame elsewhere and pretend it's not their fault. This company deserves to shut down. They are stealing people's money and boosting their traction numbers by committing theft.

::Very poor customer support. Call center cannot perform outside of the narrow scripts. Makes Homeaway/VRBO appear second-rate. We pulled our listing. Just not worth the hassle and risk.

::If I could give a negative rating I would. No one here follows through or listens they processed payment on a cancelled reservation sent it to a closed account after promising it would not be sent then debited my new account and attempted to steal over 2300.00 refused to acknowledge there mistakes patronized me and could not get this resolved this is a dangerous way to make payments they are AWEFUL. as of yet it's still not rectified 3.5 weeks. Of HELL

::We've tried to contact them from Spain.... an automated message says you have to pulse 1 or 2. We've tried with several (landline) phones but their system doesn't notice we are hitting the "2" button as hard a we can, without any result. At the end it worked using an iphone, which made it a very expensive phone call. [UPDATE] After this comment, Yapstone contacted us with the intention to resolve this problem. We've not yet tried if it works, but at least the intention is there.
