  The first class I went I found very good but I was very unfit and found some poses difficult .Delphine is very helpful and puts me at ease.I felt amazing after the class and was very relaxed. The second class I found a lot easier the poses I found difficult weren't as hard as the first time.Delphine is a great instructor is calm and relaxed and helpful.looking forward to next week's class.I have chronic pain conditions and find this excersise perfect for me. Namaste 💜

  Delphine’s class is the most relaxing hour of my week. I have only just started yoga but the class is so enjoyable I would do it every night if possible. The meditation eases you into it and then the relaxed pace makes it enjoyable no matter what level you are at. I would highly recommend this class if you are looking for exercise, to relax or improve on your yoga.

  Highly recommended! Excellent yoga/yogalates/meditation classes for all levels in a very relaxed atmosphere. Delphine is a great instructor and a very friendly person.Perfect classes to built strength, gain flexibility, relax and restore energy, thank you : )

  Absolutely amazing experience. Delphine is very gentle to beginners and makes sure you are safe and comfortable in all the poses. She guides all the participants with calming and soothing voice that makes you forget about the outside and focus on the inside. I strongly recommend her guidance and love towards yoga to all of you out there who didn't take the leap of yoga yet as well as to those who are experienced and passionate about it!

  Had one class with Delphine at work and even though the location was not ideal for the practice she still managed to make me feel super comfortable and concentrated on what we were doing. Delphine is really lovely and one of the first Yoga teachers who managed to make me concentrate on my breathing during the class. The meditation part was also really relaxing, I'm sure I left my body for a few seconds, which is surprising considering we were in the canteen of our office. I absolutely loved the class and Delphine. Hopefully we'll have the change of doing that again! :)
