  I’ve been doing Yoga with Neasa for nearly two years now and I love it! The atmosphere is warm, welcoming and encouraging. Neasa puts great care into planning her classes so no two are the same – that keeps things interesting! She is a really good and detailed teacher so there’s a great sense of satisfaction in steadily progressing in understanding and ability.

  After I hurt my back my phsyio recommended I do yoga so I started going to Neasa's classes. I couldn't recommend her highly enough, I have been going for about 3 years now and over that time I have attended her normal, pregnancy and ante-natal classes. Neasa does test you during the class but her instructions are always easy to understand even if your body doesn't necessarily want to follow! I definitely feel in a better mood when I leave her class every week and I haven't had any further back pain.

  I've been attending Neasa's classes for about 3 years now and can honestly say my week is not complete without one. Neasa is a very creative teacher who puts lots of effort and preparation into planning her classes, which ensures no two are ever the same and helps maintains the interest and challenge even years later. Provides both an enjoyable physical test and a necessecary mental rebalancing.
