::Very slow at processing claims and paying out, they drag it out as long as possible. Duplicate letters are sent to pretend that they are doing something and information given on the phone is different from different people. The replacement car is provided only for 10 days, but it can take up to 5 weeks for the cheque to come if your car is a write off.
