  Really friendly and helpful - popped in with a fear that I had a slow puncture in my back tire and left with the two tires pumped up to the right caliber and no charge, just a good wish for the New Year - Thank you

  Good professionally run shop. Have always found the service courteous and helpful. They will fit tricky little gizmos such as lamp brackets etc free if you buy them now. Unfortunately unable to order high vis. jacket my XXL size. Hence no fifth star form me.- Had to go to Belfast for that. one I got there is designed for runners rather than cyclists and fits my vast bulk even though I do look a bit like the Michelin man (remember him)

  Guys used to be very helpful here, since they changed staff and owner's don't seem to be around anymore, one technician in particular, tall guy dark hair, extremely rude and seems to be on a bit of a power trip. Was considering buying a new bike from this shop for my partner, but this guy so rude, it's not an option. It's a local shop and I know many locals who have noticed the change in the shop and don't know anyone who will be running back, shame as it is only local bike shop in area, which means one must go further a field
