Don't expect what you see on the photos because you certainly don't get what you see ,clean beddings clean towels, foods good ,rooms are disgraceful, in our room no wardrobe no shelf no sides nothing to put anything on apart from the floor had to get a chair from the dining room

Worst rathole I ever slept in. Smells awful, dirty and you hear every fart by the other guests over several floors. No refund for the second night even so we checked out at 7 in the morning.

Having stayed in Dublin numerous times, I have to say this accommodation is terrible. The rooms need refurbishing, they're cold as hell and the ceiling looked like it was going to collapse. As for the fire safety for some reason the sprinkler was hanging out the ceiling with tissues stuffed in it. If you're staying in the room next to the reception, have fun listening to the doorbell all night.

No elevator, room temperature is way too hot, so you have to keep your window open when you sleep and the city is so busy that you cannot sleep because of all the noise. Only good thing was that it's close to everything in the city.

We were put in a very noisy room at the front of the building right next to reception, so we could hear each time anybody rung the bell to be let into the building, night and day, and the room itself was in poor condition too. The 'full Irish' breakfast was good, with sausages, beans, bacon egg and toast on offer, as well as tea, coffee and orange juice. The location was quite good, we could walk to all of the main attractions in Dublin fairly easily, and was just five minutes walk from the river.
