I paid 140 euros per night but the room I got was terrible. There was no proper lighting, no toiletries, extremely small in size, poor quality equipment in room, no ventilation except small windows that don't fully open and many more issues. At night I called at the reception to ask for some toiletries and they said they don't offer room service and I had to come get it myself. The room was so far away from the reception and there was no direct elevator to take to each floor. Therefore, people had to drag their heavy bags across the hallways and multiple round of stairs. Even some hostels are better than this hotel.

This was a conveniently located hotel in Dublin. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a good choice for breakfast and the steak cooked to my liking. I would stay there again as good value for a short break.

I'm giving it a 3 star as the staff was very nice and the price was just right. The cons: I still had to wait 15 minutes after check in for our room. We were put on the 1st floor (a floor above reception) we had 2 big bags with us and 3 smaller bags. So when we arrived on the floor, we discovered that we still had to climb stairs to get to our room! The building is outdated. We were provided with a small desktop fan to keep us cool. Overall it was a decent value for the money but I'm not sure if I'd stay again in the summer or with bags.

Staff were friendly enough and didn’t bother us too much. Rooms were cleaned well. Facilities were a bit old and each night the room got extremely hot! It was generally a very quiet hotel and in an excellent location. The breakfast looked like it was not worth it and there were many better options at other places.

Good value for money and friendly staff. Location was good - easily accessible to the central areas of the city. The restaurants were both pleasant and had decent food, and the lobby was very nice. Downside, not the best night's sleep. The bed was springy - not very comfortable. At night there was a lot of noise, probably due to thin walls.
