::A Texan in Dublin sometimes misses the tastes of home. Bison Bar and BBQ does a great job of filling the void. The brisket was tender and juicy and the flavor of the burnt end beans was spot on. If only I could have had some fresh yellow onion and dill pickles it would have been perfect. Thanks for doing what you do, I'll be back!

::Good spot for a pint and something to eat. The combo of brisket and barbaque ribs is very tasty and filling (it comes with two sides - burnt end beans, chips, coleslaw or onion rings); pulled pork or sausage see aji great. Good selection of beers and whiskey, and pleasant staff.

::My favourite BBQ in Dublin. The brisket and smoked sausage are my favourite. They also have a great selection of whiskeys. Very relaxed atmosphere and service is good.

::Came here for lunch on Saturday. The coleslaw was nice, but brisket and pulled pork portions were way too small for almost 17 EUR I payed. I was hoping for a huge, meaty lunch that would last for long, but I didn't really get that. Maybe dinner experience is better. Their tap beer selection is boring.

::Dee and her colleagues here are top class. This place simply oozes character and charm: from the excellent "Moo Moo Fries",so called by the lovely Barbara I'm told, to the Lego bricks at the front door. With this subtle attention to detail you will not be disappointed.
