::The shop is nice and spacious, and the staff are nice and helpful--for the most part. The only problem with this particular store is the security guard. He treats the patrons like common criminals. It doesn't matter if I go in sporting jeans and a t-shirt or my office attire. This guy always follows me like a stalker, even when I'm shopping for feminine hygiene products. On my last visit, as I went to walk out with my purchase, he approached me like he was going to tackle me until he saw my receipt. Boots need to sort this out because this kind of treatment is akin to harassment, and this guy is going to eventually--if he hasn't already--assault an innocent customer.
