  When I was able to stop three of the staff from talking they were helpful in assisting me with finding the product which I was looking for. Unfortunately, that resulted in me having to look elsewhere. The staff knowledge of their stock was good. They were able to tell me that they don't stock Estee Lauder make up cleaner range.

  I am not a customer of Boots, yet today I experienced the level of kindness and compassion the world is sorely lacking. A women in need and threatening self harm in Grafton Street was taken into the pharmacy by staff members and taken care of. The woman claimed to have no one in her life, yet these people were there for her in her greatest time of need. Again, I have little experience with your brand, yet if the example set by your staff is anything to go by, then customer care would appear to be a core value. Thankyou for helping restore faith in humanity.
