  Do not use this letting agent! These guys were extremely unreliable and unprofessional. After I've done most of the work arranging viewings with several interested parties to take over the lease, the agent proposed to meet up to sign the lease and then stopped responding. We tried to contact them several times via phone and email, but we never heard from them ever since.

  Terrible experience with this lettings agent. My wife and I were interested in a listing from this agency and contacted them several times to express interest. It took them a few weeks to reply back without any excuse or whatsoever. Extremely unprofessional, please avoid!

  Unfortunately these guys were really unprofessional. After the former tenant and I had done most of the work arranging viewings, etc., the agent proposed a day to meet up to sign the lease and then stopped responding. We contacted them several times via phone and email; we even once successfully reached them on the phone and were told they would call us back by end of day to firm up a meeting time, but we never heard from them again. I've encountered this more than once in Dublin, sadly, but this was a particularly negative experience.
