  Had a holiday booked with cassidy but unfortunately had to cancel because of the snow. In the airport and couldn't get any info whatsoever from Ryanair. Kelly from cassidy travel liffey valley called us to see if everything was ok, we explained to her what happened and she told us she'd ring back in 5 mins which she did. I cant thank her enough for all her help in getting us our refund and booking another holiday. I would highly recommend using cassidy travel if everyone you deal with are like lynn kelly and Lindsey. They are a credit to the company! Couldn't help us enough! Even when the three girls done more than we expected they apologised they couldn't do more. Thank you so much!! Will be using them all the time from now on! 10/10 thank you!
