  Staff in bar and restaurant were very slow.also bar staff be trained again as an argument started in bar and it took them along time to get the 3 people out. Breakfast was like a cattle market asked for fried eggs and was finished they when I got them also the staff should be trained again as they can not cope with crowds of people like other hotels can cope.

  Location was OK, hotel looked impressive from outside. Was shocked by the number of hen and stag groups present in the hotel over a 2 night stay along with the noise they made. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. The first morning at breakfast we were seated at a table beside a wall which was marked quite a bit with it looked like food sp lashes. Didn't happen the next morning as we seated ourselves where it suited us. Overall we were very disappointed with this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone.

  Not good at customer service. Tried to place an order for room service and was told we will call you back in a moment. Waited 15 minutes, no call. Called back and was told the same thing. Never received a call back. Second night - no parking due to a wedding. Asked the front desk if there is more parking available. She stated up the hill beyond the church and if there is nothing there then we are sorry but I don’t know what to tell you. So paying guests are not priority over any events the hotel may have. I do not recommend this hotel.

  The Hotel is very well equipped with the two roomed suites offering a perfect set up for Families. the Leisure center has everything that could be needed for all comers. The food was very good for everything that was had over the stay. The hotel is perfectly located albeit not in the center of town, but still very close to it, with ample parking available on site.

  The hotel is lovely. V clean and new carpets in the hallways. Staff were friendly although not very quick in the bar for food. Food was excellent. Kids enjoyed the inflatable in the pool but the queue was a bit long. only 3 goes in the half hour session. Didn't know about crazy golf until we seen someone else leave putters back. Crazy golf was very basic. Hotel more impressive from outside. No original features on inside but still very nice. V warm in the rooms. Might have to think about air conditioning as global warming seems to be taking hold.
