  I have submitted a review on Trip Advisor, but just to mention to you here also that your staff are a credit to you. The ladies on reception were so lovely and even provided us with a printout of the history of the building. Two members of staff stood out for us, Cillian and Conor in the bar, they gave us such a warm welcome. Every member of staff that we encountered in the hotel, from the lady who cleaned our room to the young lad who fetched our poached eggs at breakfast were just super!

  Thank you to the clayton especially the staff Jenny Conor Killian and Tracey who were very friendly and accommodating. We were treated very well throughout our stay last weekend. Staff were professional and brought a friendly positive customer service to residents. Thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. Would highly recommend it. Thank you for everything.

  Nice staff. Nice building. Clean toilets. Food wasn't great but it was a wedding I was attending so it was mass cooked. Ate there maybe 2 years ago and it was nice

  Stayed for two nights. It is a very busy but well run the staff are very good at their jobs. Was there with the family a 3 year old and a 9 year old. Have to say i was surprised at the size of.the room we got, it was the biggest room i ever seen as a family room which was great. Would highly recommend great experience thank you.

  We stayed in one of the large family suites which was great for our family of 4. The rooms have a fresh, modern decor and were very comfortable, spotlessly clean and deliciously warm even though it was snowing outside. The breakfast each morning was plentiful and the variety and quality of choice was second to none. The staff were very helpful throughout our stay and very pleasant to deal with. Noel, in particular, saved the day when we left our son's much loved toy behind us in the room after our departure and he ensured it was reunited with us! Many thanks Noel. We look forward to staying again soon. .
