  I've done various yoga classes in the past but this is certainly my favourite. It's very relaxing and each pose is explained in a simple yet informative way. The amount of training that Katie has in both yoga practices and physiology is very obvious. I cannot rate Cork Lotus Yoga highly enough. I look forward to it every week.

  I am a regular student of Cork Lotus Yoga and I have to say I absolutetly adore it. The teachers are amazing, and they really care for you, helping you to start with good foundations and to develop your practice. I can't praise Cork Lotus Yoga enough. Fo me it's the best Yoga place in town.

  CorkLotus Yoga is the best! I love the ambience, the teacher, the approach and the location! I would recommend CorkLotus Yoga to everyone who are looking to practice yoga with welcoming, experienced teachers and in a friendly, cozy atmosphere !
