  I contacted 3 car dealers over a bank holiday weekend regarding a Ford Kuga and the only one that replied on the bank holiday Monday was Shane. Instead of me driving out to him with my elderly father, Shane came to us; and on the final handover day, again, Shane came to meet me. The customer service is second to none, communications are straightforward, fast and very clear. Easy transaction; lovely gentleman with whom to do business. When the time comes to change car, Shane will be my first port of call. Thanks for everything. Love my car! All the best for 2018.
