  to buy a car they can help you in less than 5 min, but if you call saying you had smoke going out of the engine's top black cover, then they say they have available time only in almost 1 month and, as I would already do, don't use the car till verified, because it can be dangerous and cause bigger damage, so they know I would not be able to use the car because of a possible critical problem and I still have to wait like it was to check a cosmetic problem, so to buy a Mercedes and/or use assistance there, you must have more than one car, otherwise you might have to wait 1 month to have your problem checked plus the time to repair.

  Went to there new show rooms on pottery rd. 5 star for lay out and great range of cars. I was finally in a position financially to buy my wife a Mercedes and chatted with the salesman. Looked at the particular model got all the details and asked could I have a test drive. On such short notice it was understandable the hadn’t a diesel model available but I was told it would be organized for the following wk. all my details were taken and I eagerly awaited a call but over 2 wks later not a word. Today I’ve just put a deposit on a Mitsubishi hybrid. I feel if I’ve to wait that long for a test drive it doesn’t instill a lot of aftersales confidence in me. As Mercedes ad says “ one day you will own a Mercedes and that day is now”. Not in my case. David rice.
