  I would like to congratulate you on perfect customer service from start to finish. We went to your shop in Long Mile road looking for a specific wooden floor and a carpet for hall stairs and landing. Your salesman was very helpful, honest and knowledgeable. He told us exactly what would happen and when it would happen. I walked away thinking to myself we would be very lucky if it all happened in that order. True to his word we got a call the following week to say our floor was in stock and ready for collection. We then got an email the day before the scheduled installation of our carpet to say we would get a call from the fitter to confirm a time slot. Next morning the call came to say they will install between 1 & 2 but got a call later in the morning to say they were ahead of schedule and could come early. I was in work so my wife let the lads in and they worked away. When I got home from work I was delighted with the installation. We had a carpet installed when we first moved in and I wasn't happy with it from day one. This I am delighted with and hope to enjoy it for many years to come. Well done to all your team from sales to installers and all in between. Great work and I will happily recommend your service in the future and hope to use you again myself shortly. Thanks again PD

  Shopped here for a bed before for my son, I had requested glides instead of wheels. This was written on the docket. When the bed was delivered it had wheels which were unsuitable for the laminate flooring. It took several phone calls and a couple of weeks to get the glides. Customer service leaves a bit to be desired.

  Absolute disgracefully company... came out to my house to put down carpet said hadn't got enough so be back on Thursday before Xmas and never showed up and the two rooms they done they made a balls off the carpet.... refusing to give us the money back.... the rudest people to every deal with.... people stay away from this company.... gangsters

  I wish I had paid more attention to the online reviews. They are a useless lot who don't appear to have any fitter capable of cutting lino in a straight line. I had them out twice to do my kitchen and the second attempt was even worse than the first. Not only did they butcher the lino a second time, but they scored my pretty-much brand new kitchen units with their cutting equipment. I demanded my money back and wouldn't go near them again with a ten-foot bargepole with a glove on the end of it. They didn't even bother contesting the refund. I'm not surprised. 1 star is actually more than they deserve.
