  The worst customer service experience I have received. Having recently bought a house in an area close to the panelling centre on the Long mile road, I decided to view their showroom as I am in need of a new kitchen. There was a kitchen I had genuine interest in but when I approached a staff member to enquire it was like I had offended her by looking for assistance. They do not give advice on Saturdays for kitchen planning, because they are "too busy" for context, all staff were sitting at desks and appeared not busy as there was not a lot of people in the store. They are also not open late any evening during the week, close at 4 on Fridays and close on Sunday's too, so for anyone working full time, forget about it. Both staff members I dealt with were rude and unhelpful and I walked away feeling frustrated. Why bother having a showroom when they clearly do not want to help customers. Just deal with people in trades if that's what you want to deal with or else hire better staff. I have to give at least 1 star for my review to be posted but really this is a zero rating.
