  counter assistant didnt know what she was doing...I asked to close down my saving account the counter assistant made me sign one amount of money, but gave me receipt on different amount of money...Good job i noticed.She started counting money in front of me..I told her that i never meant to withdraw the money, but transfer the money.she never asked what im planning to do with the money , she just made her own decidion..
