::Pointless being open on a Saturday when they don't accept cash or cheques, how ridiculous, they can only do things that can be done online or on the phone so why would you even need to go in then, no facilities for even express lodgement. Will be moving banks

::it used to be the only branch opened in Cork on a Saturday, now you can't do anything there, you can't lodge money or withdraw anything useless at best.

::Not an actual ulster bank went in to find a room with 3 tables with computers then someone came up to say that i would have to go to patricks street to lodge money

::On the 25/02/2017 around 12am. I was welcomed by a lady I was obviously annoying, she prefered talking to the two persons behind me before taking care of me. She didn't listen to me at all and didn't understand my request. When I finally was able to say something, she took my documents, did the copy and told me everything was fine (she told me to put my letter in the mailbox rather than taking it from me). Few days after I received an email from Ulster saying my documentation was not complete. Great help !
