::Two colleagues at work gave such a good reference in relation to Dr Rita Galimberti from Femplus, that i decided to give it a try. Dr Rita is very calm and when doing the exams the experience it is really serene/calm. You don't have that feeling that you are being 'invaded'. Thank you so much. (I had such a negative experience 3 years ago in a different clinic, that i could not stand the idea to go to a doctor to do smear tests, ultrasounds etc. I would cried just to think about it.) I am grateful I found Femplus

::Terrible and useless. Asked for a routine semen analysis, on the container they wrote "Gender: female". The results came back with errors, rang for explanations they said there were no errors. Except there were clear copy-paste from another patient! They said if I wanted to check with them I had to pay the doctor's fee. Never again.

::Very good clinic, I recommend it. Great customer service, very good doctor, she gave me all the information I needed, with interest and professionalism. I'll definitely go back. The previous 1-2 star reviews describe totally the opposite, not reliable at all. The clinic is great.

::The doctor was very friendly and I did not have to wait long for an appointment. You also don't need a referral letter for this place which is great. However, I did have a referral letter and the doctor had not read it before I came in. She then was very quick, did not ask me about my previous surgeries etc. On the scan she found nothing bad, which is great. However, she missed a very obvious fact and mentioned contraception although it should have been obvious from the scan that I no longer need that.

::Ridiculous. Waiting six weeks for an appointment, then turning up and your appointment was never booked in the system. Not to mention the ridiculous idea of paying a deposit upfront to see a doctor. Never again!
