  Absolutely appalling service rang yesterday 14th march was told no appointments would be available for my sick child until March 21st ! Are we able to predict when people are going to take sick ??? Pathetic service .

  You ring and your put on hold for up to 15 minutes. There's never any appointments. My son has a medical card, one day tried to make an appointment for him, told there was nine and next available appointment was 5 days later, subsequently rang back 5 mins later and said I was a paying cash and had an appointment for an hour later. Doctors are rubbish as they try and get you out of the room as quick as you called. Every diagnosis is viral. Had to get a second opinion that resulted in me being diagnosed with a hiatus hernia. If I could give zero stars I would. Putting a complaint in to the irish medical council.

  Horrible receptionists and nurses in general. So rude when I asked if it was walk in or appointment responded with “well you are ringing now, aren’t you”. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. anywhere would be better than this kip. not to mention phone service I waited 10 minutes after being on hold twice.

  Awful phone system. Can never get through. Have had to email a few times to talk to someome. Waiting times for an appointment are quite high. Every diagnosis for my son has been incorrect.
