  Great gym if you like the basics. The staff are lovely and helpful, and most of the classes cater for all levels. They have their busy times but before 8am and after 8pm it normally is nice to go in and do your thing

  Brilliant gym, state of the art equipment with everything you could ever need in a gym no matter what your goals are

  Pros 1. Location 2. Equipment 3. Spacious 4. Friendly staff 5. Not too busy, you can still have a decent workout even during peak hours Cons 1. Opening hours ( only open till 10pm on weekends!!! ( for a chain that advertises 24h gyms )

  Good low cost gym. Very good for weights, always space in the racks when I went. Downside is other areas such as the cardio can be busy depending on the time. Also they don't have somewhere to fill up your water bottle which seems very mean.

  Went here out of curiosity. I had heard a lot of good things about the place and went to see for myself. Wasn't disappointed. Fab place. Every piece of equipment you could possibly think of was there and every class you have ever heard of and more is available. I was VERY IMPRESSED
