::Despite the fact it's more expensive than a regular gym membership, it's totally worth it. It's nothing like going to gym, here you workout hard, but it's fun, it's challenging, the people there are very friendly and they support each other and the coach is great. Everyday there is a different workout to do, you never get bored. I really enjoy doing cross-fit for all these reasons. I was tired and bored of going to the gym or working out on my own, now I'm looking forward to go the cross-fit class. I'm really glad I gave it a shot!
