::In the past we had good encounters with the veterinarian team here, however, over the past few months we have found they now lack care towards the animals brought down, and lack friendliness towards customers. Two incident’s spring to mind: In the first, we got told that nothing was wrong by Vet 1, that it was just a bad habbit. All in all her attitude and tone was very disinterested in us. After another week went by we got Vet 2 to check. We were told there was an infection and that vet gave us an antibiotic. The second incident goes as follows, the pet we brought down was crying in pain, Vet 2 served us this time. No X-ray done just felt the stomach and snapped “It’s pregnant”! When we explained that he would have to carry out an X-ray to confirm it, and other test’s to rule out anything else, we promptly got told “No”! He then preceeded to fob us off with a small bag of free cat food. We told him “No thank you”. But he kept insisting. It was as if he was trying to make-up for not carrying out the vital tests. Again a tone and body language filled with disinterest, and we felt that we were a bother to him. On the above occassions we have booked appointments and have paid handsomly for the medical care, but we would now think twice before coming back. We gave them two stars because for the first year the service was fantastic, but now we feel it’s gone down hill. :(

::I want to thank everyone at fox veterinary clinic. We had to put our beloved dog, Chester, to sleep today. He was treated with the utmost dignity and care. We were given as much time as we needed to say our goodbyes. We were allowed to grieve for him openly. They made a very difficult decision a little easier with their understanding and care, I particularly appreciated the lit candle and note for other patients to understand our grief. Thank you all x

::We have two dogs , one has recently been diagnosed with a heart murmur. The vets and staff have always been more than helpful and always answer any questions. Shona has been very understanding. Tks all 🐶🐶

::Yes, I can recommend Fox veterinary clinic. saw us right on a number of occasions and was good for the emergency case. Just leave a message and they should call you back.
