  I've been going to the Galway car centre for the last few years. Excellent customer service each year I come. Always feel confident in my service after I leave.

  Very bad experience! Replaced the parts without my agreement and being charged nearly €800!!! The braking disks and parts were supposed to be all replaced but after half an month there is sharp noice during braking! Terrible experience. The garage said the brake parts needed to be replaced 9 month ago when I sent the car to them for service but I did not change it at that time. The car passed the car passed NCT 5month after the service with no issue!!! No matter the parts need to be changed or not. For a bill as high as €800 shouldn’t the garage check with customer before replacing the parts?! Reply to the owner’s response: Why don’t I send my car back to you? Look at the unpleasant messages that you sent me, you should know the reason. It is you told me that you will not deal with my car any more if I don’t/ do this or that. You are not the only garage in Galway.

  I've dealt with this garage for the past couple of years and I could not fault them. They always inform me of work needed on my car before they do it and give me a close estimate of cost. Very professional and thorough service. Always very obliging and helpful where possible. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent service

  Excellent service done here very friendly & helpful staff who explained everything in full detail & gave me a print out. I will definitely be returning to this garage and would highly recommend them to others.

  Excellent service and professionalism. Would highly recommend this garage to anyone. I am certainly happy to say my search is over to find a garage i can trust. Everything was clearly explained, high quality parts were used and at honest prices. Thank you for turning a stressful day into a good one!
