Rooms and service is fine. Location is great if you want to party. The noise from the clubs is pretty unbearable at times. I only found the ear plugs when checking out

Stayed at Harrington Hall for about 5 days, before Christmas. I gave it a 3 star because there were both good and bad points about this location. I liked the room itself, except for the following. A major item was the lights over the bed could not be turned off separately. It was only by turning off the main power switch to the room (and all outlets) that those lights (two above each bed) would go out. We ended up unscrewing one set of lights and covering the ones that we could not remove the bulbs. I was concerned about not having a non-skid surface for the tub, since it's a tub/shower combo. We left towels hung up to save them, but they were changed out anyway, so much for conservation. The other major negative is it's surrounded by bars, that stay up late partying, i.e. 2 AM. So, it you want peace and quiet every night you're there...you may consider another location. If you're a party animal, this is in easy walking distant to several bars /restaurants. I did thoroughly enjoy visiting Ireland. It'a beautiful, wonderful, and vibrant country. I recommend it for everyone. Don't just stay in the city, go and see the countryside.

Harrington Hall was a wonderful place to stay while in Dublin. Room was large and lovely. Staff was gracious and helpful. Located a short walk from the 757 bus stop on Camden St. from Dublin airport. Harcourt Street is beautiful and classic. About a ten minute walk to Trinity College. Harcourt Street is unlike any other in Dublin. It is the setting of the home of some of the characters in the Netflix series 'Rebellion' about the 1916 Easter Rising.
