  Generally clueless staff, with little or no product knowledge - usually only able to respond to customers' queries with irrelevant questions of their own.

  Good value, but lately are trying to sell too many items with not enough varieties of each type

  I looked up the stock of a duvet cover pine in fonthill and was told there was stock. Made the trip to the store, only open display one left and it had no pillowcases left. Very nice young lad helping me look but not a senior member of staff in site to help. Wasted journey, very frustrating

  Great place for season items and bedding delph cooking they have their hands in all items. You want an item check here first
