Beautiful hotel great staff, however we had no hot water in our room and had to change rooms at after 11 pm after a long day this was very inconvenient and we were not offered any gesture of compensation not even a free drink at the bar for our upheaval.. Although I have to say the matter was dealt with quickly but you expect more from a high quality hotel. Overall our stay was good and the staff were lovely.

Very nice cosy place to spend your night, love the breakfast. Only thing is the noise (construction noise) at around 7am, directly down our bedroom, probably due to renovations but will highly recommend to friends.

Beautiful renovation of an old building, excellent food in the pub downstairs, very helpful and friendly staff! I highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed on the first night the hotel opened. The hotel is very nicely decorated and they left a nice gift for us on check-in with a letter welcoming feedback. The location is really convenient, walking distance to all the main tourist spots. There are 2 parks close by, Iveagh gardens behind the hotel and St. Stephen's Green a few blocks south. Grafton street is very close too and it's a short stumble to Temple Bar. The staff were very helpful. There are a few night clubs nearby, so if you're a light sleeper then maybe bring some earplugs on the weekends. We booked breakfast both nights and it was one of the best breakfasts we've had in a hotel. Full Irish, along with cheeses, pastries, scones. Would stay here again.
