  Jim helped us successfully settle our subsidence insurance claim with our insurer, who didn't exactly facilitate things. Jim knew the ropes and made sure we received all that we were entitled to. Jim then designed and supervised the necessary underpinning work, which was paid for in full by our insurance settlement. Jim was a pleasure to work with and we have recommended him to a number our friends since our job completed.

  I have used Jim Canning & Partners on a number of projects both residential and commercial. I have always found Jim to be professional, very well informed, and easy to contact. Jim has worked alongside our architects assisting them on structural issues and also has advised us on fire safety issues, and has successfully helped us to achieve compliance with fire safety regulations on a number of older buildings.
