  Really bad, more or less sums up the state of Ireland in 2018, poorly trained very low educated staff. Like I said sums up the state of modern ireland.

  The one on one is pretty bad but the interview skills course and the assess course are both very good. The receptionists are also very nice and the building is nice, with free internet and printing. I was going to award it 3 stars but since everyone else gave it a 1 I'll give it a four.

  The person in Turas Nua assigned to my case lied with ease about the comments she had made about my family matters she found on the internet. She also lied to her supervisor. My advise is to be vigilant during every conversation you may have there, perhaps recording conversations could be an effective measure available in such circumstances. Thanks to my recordings, I am able to defend myself against their allegations. Make no mistake, they will not hesitate to play dirty; lying, manipulate situations to make you look bad etc. if you raise any concerns regarding your rights being breached or if you "cause problems" for the employees of that company.

  The individuals involved in running Turas Nua (private company) have no respect for the Privacy Rights of the people coerced to participate in this program by the Department for Social Welfare. Those individuals do not respond to email enquires. The whole operation of this agency resembles a modern, corporate slavery trade, rather then a genuine interest in helping people to find a meaningful work.
