  Very unhappy with purchase from parts shop Joe Duffy. Bought gearbox and diff oils for my BMW. All 3 bottles was given to me in plastic bag with receipt inside. As known genuine parts are expensive, paid €123 for 3 bottles of oils. Fiew days bottles was in my car, and when want to transfer them home I was surprised, one of bottles is opened before and there is half bottle of oil. How is that possible??? Now I understand that nobody will change this bottle for me. Just for customers who is buying parts from Joe Duffy, CHECK THEM IN SHOP!!!!

  Good honest service. Had a problem with my 5 series and although it was outside warranty, they spoke to BMW to cover some of the costs as problem shouldn't happen at the car's mileage. BMW agreed which left me delighted - cars aren't always perfect but good on the brand to take accountability.

  By far the worst experience I have ever had at a garage. Brought my car in (under warranty) and was treated like a criminal all because my dealer inadvertently reset the service light after topping my car up with oil. There is a lousy attitude which transcends from Management down to the service centre staff who have no problem treating you like dirt. If I could give a rating lower than one star I would...If you are looking to service your BMW do yourself a favour and go to another BMW dealership where you are treated like a human being.
