  Poor, poor, poor. The lack of knowledge of diesel engines from the mechanics here is laughable. Very sneaky with their 3 year service plan only one oil and oil filter changed in 3 years no air and no fuel filter in the 3 years. Rotate your wheels and top up your wash bottle and check for updates (joke) if they even do that not worth it. Don't bother asking the girl at reception anything lets just say rude is not the word I'd use. Buyer beware.

  Poor service. Rude. Unhelpful, and inconvenience caused to myself. Would not recommend servicing your car at this garage. Paid for my car to have an oil and filter change as part of a service, this was not carried out. When I called Jennifer to explain that the oil and filter had not been changed she was extremely rude and told me to bring the car back and they would change the oil and filter while I was there, she said I would have to pay for this again. As I had already paid to have the oil and filter changed I thought this was very unfair to be asked to pay a second time for something I had already paid to have done. When I did go back with the car they still failed to change the filter. The only reason I gave one star is because I had to.

  I recently had my car checked out fully in Kia Liffey Valley as I had a warning symbol on dash (after lending it to my son.) I found the service in Liffey Valley Excellent and in particular I would like to commend Jennifer in the Service Department. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. 5 stars well deserved

  We recently bought a new car at Kia Liffey Valley for our expanding family, the staff were excellent, gave us so much time and dealt with all our questions, we love our new car and would have no hesitation recommending Kia Liffey valley!
