  Not the best place to go there are better car dealers out there with a better range of cars to choose from and a better warenty as well

  Terrible service. The lesson we learned here is that no matter how much due diligence you put on researching a car, a perp will always find a way of shafting you. Do yourself a favour and go buy your next car from an AUTHORISED dealer. Wife and I went looking for a new car and we got our eyes on a Ford Mondeo at N4. We came back with a friend who is a car enthusiast and former mechanic, an he found no problems with car. So we decided to purchase the car, which was advertised as having built-in satnav, bluetooth, brand new tires, etc. Even though we checked the tires prior to purchase, we noticed when we went to collect the car that the tires were a little worn off. But hey! maybe we didn't check it right so I decided to give this one the benefit of the doubt, particularly since Terry (the owner) said that he would replace those for us a no charge if we returned the next weekend. So we did. However a few days latter, smoke was coming out of the booth while driving the car. Assistance was called, and we had to change a component (forgot which one now). Anyway, so we took the car back to N4 and they had to disassemble the satnav/radio unit in order to check what was wrong with the car. In the process, they activated the anti-theft feature of the radio/satnav unit, and the PIN we had for the unit was incorrect. We spent a few weeks without the radio/satnav working as a result, but at least we got our tires. When we finally got the correct pin, we noticed that the air conditioning system was faulty and the radio would turn off from time to time at random. In attempt to "fix" the unit, 4 disassembled it again and again, causing some scratching damage to it. This particular issue took months to be resolved. And in the meantime, we found out that the satnav/radio unit does not have built-in bluetooth as it was previously advertise. This time I contacted the bank through which we financed the car and they intervened in our behalf. This took months to be resolved and N4 cars would simply evade the bank calls for a resolution. In the end the bank paid us for a bluetooth unit to be added into the car. All good, right? Well, no. Today while driving back home my wife got a flat tire. So she called assistance to replace the tire, but the mechanic found out that the spare tire simply "won't fit". That's right, N4 cars sold us a car that includes a spare tire, but not for our car. There is no way we could have tested this before. I cannot stress this enough: DO NOT buy your next car from this people. In fact, I wouldn't buy a car again fro a garage that is not an authorised dealer. You've been warned!

  Great choice of cars, and friendly and helpful staff. All arising issues were easily dealt with. Look after customers well.

  Bought a car here. Had to insist on a service and brakes and rattle still in car. No one answers when I try to call. N4 do NOT stand over what they sell. They just want it off their hands.

  Guys avoid this company, they are selling only broken cars as you can see from all the reviews. I bought a car from them few months ago and problems started. I have changed battery first, now i have to change alternator, because it was gone at the time of purchase but i did not know, they haven't told me, the guy said the car is in perfect condition just sit and drive. Never again go back there. I am still waiting for more problems. If you want to buy a normal car, do not go there. They are very polite, but.... I do not understand how these cars pass NCT, they should not have pass it at all....Very disappointed from them, they service the car to use it for three months and then problems starting...
