  Nothing special, and considering its not cheap. The reasons for the low rating are: 1) No water fountain- they want you to pay for the bottle at reception/counter 2) Equipment not been repaired, so for example on Saturday last, there was 7 cross trainers but only 1 was working. 3) At the weekend the pool is full of kids, over ran with kids. Defeats the point of joining a private gym with pool, if anyone can use the facilities.

  Woman behind the front desk is extremely rude, maybe the owner, she was the only one not in uniform. Shouldn't not be dealing with customers, poor manner and unprofessional. Fair enough you only do 12 month signup but at least offer a trial, a tour of the place or a free day pass to help me make my decision. And what business is it of yours where I work also if I want to signup? Can't teach an old dog new tricks.

  I have been in this gym for a good while. Only recently they got a new manager or supervisor I don't know and he has been made some great progress!!! He does listen to people and did put a comment box which is great. He responds to comments and treats everyone equally regardless if a person is Irish, Foreign, with Disability or from Traveling community, it feels like he is after to improve business and everyone's needs in the gym. Respect!!! Thank You. :) And keep on going this way, don't let it slip!!!
