  I had a very good experience at KOS. Brian Kane was extremely helpful and patient with me when deciding what i needed. I never felt pushed or under pressure to buy He has also kept in touch with me months later which is a nice touch! I would highly recommend.

  I just want to thank you James for his time in dealing with me. I know I was very particular but I appreciate your patience. I had severe back pain and my consultant said unless I changed how I work I would need surgery. He actually recommended Kos. I had looked up chairs online and endless reviews and knew what I wanted when I went in. In the end what I wanted wasn't suitable for me at all. James sat and listened to me and then advised what would work best for me.I ended up going with a cheaper one than originally planned. He then came out to my office and made sure everything was set up right, even my desk and office layout and pointed out simple things that I was unaware of. He did give out to me a bit for not remembering the working habits he went through in the showroom though (I probably needed that). Overall great service!! Its three months later and I feel like a new woman. I met my consultant two weeks ago and he said the recovery is going better than he expected. So thanks again, I really appreciate it!!!

  My physio recommended Kos Ergo and I was really impressed with the level of service and attention to detail. They looked at all aspects of my injury and gave me so much advice on how to work correctly so not to worsen it. The chair was picked based on a consultation and I got to try a number of them. It's amazing the difference the chair and standing desk can make. I think the fact that you came out and fitted it to me really made the difference. I don't think I would have got it set up as good. Thanks James and Catherine for all your help!
