  The delivery driver came to our apartment building and didn’t bother calling, just posted an “I missed you” letter, then tricked my girlfriend into paying again for another delivery. Scumbag

  I visited Mattress Mick to help my Mother buy a mattress during the Christmas holiday. The salesman was knowledgeable, allowed us to wander about and to ask lots of questions. Once the purchase was made he provided my Mother with a range of delivery dates. The mattress arrived yesterday at the agreed time, delivered by two lovely delivery men who were in and out of the house in minutes. My Mum is thrilled with the mattress. Thank you Mattress Mick!

  I bought a Richmond Mattress in Coolock (13/10/2017) . Great mattress. A new feel of sleeping. Great service in the shop (Stephen) and on delivery. Both (Stephen) and the delivery guy were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

  I bought a sports therapy mattress in April 2017 (Sports Therapy Blu Cool Memory Mattress). I still have the receipt. In the store everything went well. The problem it's after 4 months. Memory foam mattresses should have a medium to firm base and when you sit on them, they should not sink or bulge beyond the top most layer. Once you remove your weight, the mattress should back to its original shape. Unfortunately this is not the case with my mattress: does not recover its full original shape. I'm really disappointed with this situation. It was an expensive mattress. 5-9-2017 update: I contacted the head office about my mattress problem and since then the Mick team did everything they could to solve my problem. They will collect the mattress with the problem this week and I will receive a new sports therapy mattress in the next weeks. Thank you so much for all the support and attention on solving this.
