  Ordered through Just-eat. Was Quoted a delivery time of 45 minutes, after an hour and a half called the restaurant to be told, unapologetically, that such a delay was common and the food would be there in 7 to 8 minutes. 20 minutes after this the food arrived, and I discovered the blandest serving biege nothingness ever to be labelled a Pad Thai. This meal had zero flavour, and that was despite the near 2 hours of additional hunger. So terrible food, poor delivery, and rude customer service. Nothing to recommend here.

  Food was really nice and staff were friendly. I don’t know what’s going on with all the other commenters but my experience was great. REALLY GOOD PLACE TO ORDER

  Food is nice but if ordering online for collection or over the phone they will not start cooking it until you arrive and pay. This makes the entire process of ordering beforehand redundant.

  Ordered food from Lin Kee Swords via Just-eat. Paid in full for food and delivery. When it arrived, the driver tried to extort an additional 3.50 from me, claiming that the website charged me an incorrect delivery amount. I protested, the delivery driver driver then proceeded to contact the restaurant to back up their claim. The restaurant then claimed that the next time that I would order I would be charged extra to make up the amount. They claim that the Just eat delivery charges are incorrect. In that case, why allow Just-Eat to accept orders with incorrect charges, only to try and charge extra at their door?? They were unapologetic throughout. To top it off, they got my order wrong, Instead of chips I was given rice. There are plenty of Chinese restaurants in Swords, in future I will buy elsewhere

  I've ordered here many times. Their curry is really fantastic, but the rest of the menu is well below average takeaway standard.
