  VERY BAD. APPALLING SERVICE. Food Poor at Best. Never Leave Reviews. But Iam Makeing an Exception for this place. Hopefuly save others the Hassle. Because it so shockingly bad. 🙈 Now Where do i start. Went for a Family Meal with about 20 people here. We sat there for about 20 mins Nobody gave us menus or came down to us. We had to go up and ask for them twice. Then the waitress came flung them at the top of table and walked off never handed them out. Or said sorry for the wait. The menu we where given had about 5 options on it includeing starters. If u didnt like the stuff on it u basically wernt eating because they wouldnt make anything else. We wernt allowed the normal Menu. Because there was too many of us we where told. And they didnt want to make different food for everone. As people would be left waiting cause they hadnt the staff. (Couldnt be arsed) the place was empty. Apart from one couple and about 3 women at another table. There was only 3 staff we could see. to be exact. Had to argue to get a side porton of chips off the waitress. we had to have one bill because she didn't want to work it out. She said. And as for not Waiting lol What a joke. All our starters came at different times. So some people finished theres before others even arrived. Then left waiting over two hours for main courses. When we asked about where the food was. The Waitress had a fit and was rude addressing guests as SHE AN HER. Repeating u wait u wait at the top of her voice telling us it was our fault cause there was so many ordering. So what we where told at the start. About the menu was aload off Rubbish. All this while we Froze cause there was no heat. My Nephew sat on a Chair and the leg gave way. Swear to God. Faulty Towers hasnt a patch on the this place. Disgraceful.

  Nicest spice bag around full to brim with chicken and chips, all round fab food
