  New years 2017 Great for kids, very family friendly. Rooms nice spacious. Easter 2018 Stayed here again love this hotel just a little disappointed with the kids club I have a little boy who's disabled and they could not cater for Killian unless we joined in.after staff said yes no problem. Then been told n sorry.

  This is a family hotel, wouldn't recommend a stay for couples. Kids running up and down the halls and babies crying early morning. Sink in the bathroom leaking on the first evening, brought it to the attention of reception. A towel was thrown on the floor as opposed to a repair for the duration of our stay. Rooms are warm, clean and comfortable with all you would need. Staff seemed inexperienced, except for Mario in the bar, who is very pleasant and professional. Pool is small in the leisure centre and infinity pool was not heating correctly, which we were informed of. Huge lounge area with a hugh open fire, good for afternoon tea. Bar food menu has a decent selection. Overall this is a good hotel for families with young children. There is a family room, kids zone and onsite playground and other activities. Not ideal for couples who want to relax. Should have done more research.

  Smart hotel. Ample parking. Noisy in school holidays. 2 petrol stations close by. Town centre easily walkable. Petting zoo next door. Bar and restaurant on site serving decent food.

  Decent room. Comfortable beds. Breakfast plentiful, with decent range of food. Staff heloful and friendly. Ate dinner in bar. Good steaks cooked as asked for. Wine list sparse. What I asked for was good. No cheese board.
