  Very nice hotel. Staff are excellent. Excellent rooms, very clean and well maintained. Would stay again.

  Lovely room. Unfortunately the hotel was under renovation, which was not apparent when I was booking. eventually found a link at the very bottom of the home page, which when clicked took me to a reservation page which under it had a blank area tittled coming soon. Was greeted by the sound of kango hammers. on checking in reception staff did not explain that facilities were not available and only later found out the bar was closed when I asked staff, who were very unhelpful (not even directing me to a nice alternative nearby bar). Also some of the images on the website appear to be computer generated representations of post renovations. Very disappointed given it is meant to be a four star hotel.

  The Hotel is currently going through an extensive renovation which we were not made aware of when we booked. We were squeezed into a single room with a double bed shoved up against the wall. (not enough room for two people) The room felt very claustrophobic. This was totally unacceptable considering the price we paid for this room. We wanted to have a relaxing stay for our last night in Dublin for my partners birthday. Even the TV didn't work properly, and the shower handle was broken and coming away from the wall. The Hotel should have closed while renovations are being completed. Total waste of my money. When I complained I was given an email address to contact next time we come to Dublin and was told I would be looked after. (I have no idea what this means!!)

  Hotel is currently under refurbishment and is extremely noisy during the day. The rooms were ok, beds were comfortable. The shower in our room had to be left running for about 10 minutes to heat up though. The staff at this hotel though were exceptional. They were friendly and very helpful. I do think the prices were a bit too high considering the on going refubishments.

  Staff were friendly and helpful, location good enough being close to DART, within walking distance to Grafton Street area. Taxis were readily available out front. One complaint - the hotel was under renovation, and while it is understandable the hotel wishes to stay open during the work, it would be much fairer to alert potential customers before they arrive at the front desk with luggage in tow. Stay open but give a heads up with perhaps a discount while the drilling and hammering and reduced amenities are underway.
