  Officially known as D&J Premier Car Ltd. I paid a deposit to secure a car subject to viewing, the car was not as described (leaky & poorly hid body work), owner will not refund deposit despite multiple repeated promises and many lies. The owner is a gas man, he even sent me a photo of the refund cheque that was never lodged! in the end I had to get a court order and call out the County Sheriff, now low and behold he has gone bust leaving many owed money. Good Riddance!

  Bought a car that drove perfectly when test driven. Within two days had broken down and I returned it. Was assured it was a faulty light and sent on my way. Broke down again within the week and returned again. Long story short this continued for 7 months. During the seven months I had the car, Premier Cars were in possession of it for over two months between the 6 times I returned it for repair. Each time explaining what had been fixed and it still broke down. The last 2 times they “repaired it” I brought it immediately to my own mechanic who confirmed they had done none of the repairs that Premier Cars had claimed they had done. I got a solicitor and they agreed that I return the car to them, they would repair immediately and sell to provide me a full refund. 13 months later, still not a penny has been received and no sign of the car being sold. I’m currently living abroad and they claimed it was out on the lot, fully repaired and available for sale. I had my sister pop by and enquire about purchasing the type of car I owned. They said they had none available. She then informed them she was my sister and suddenly they did have this car but it was in for repair. The owner was barely even embarrassed about being caught in such a blatant lie. The money I spent every time I had no car and to have mechanics do further checks is ridiculous. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to avoid at all costs! If your car breaks down you have zero hope of a repair or refund despite what your warranty says. The owner avoids all phone calls, claims he is on holidays or not in the office. I had a family friend who had purchased previously and only had good things to say. So from what I gather, if you happen to buy a car that works perfectly you’re set. If you get one of their many dodgy cars you are in for a nightmare of a time and a whole lot of debt.

  I have bought plenty of cars from this garage along with family and friends l have to say it would not be a one stop shop . The after service is fantastic and the staff was always friendly and great to deal with and will definitely be back when it’s time to change again and I am always kept informed with new stock coming in top marks to this garage

  Bought several cars from the guys going back well over 20 years,I couldn't have been treated any better and would recommend them to any of my friend's or family,Top notch guys keep it up

  I have bought all my cars from Premier cars for more years than I care to remember now. I have always found them a pleasure to do business with. On the few occasions I have had a problem with a car they have always been very quick to get things sorted and have never let me down. I cannot fault Premier Cars for value and service and have no hesitation in recommending them.
