::Left very disappointed. I phoned the day before advising of the treatment I wanted but they waited till I arrived and was changed into a gown before letting me know the only thing they could offer me was a far interior treatment, which I didn't want. I wrote a private feedback on their website which I never even got a response to.

::Spent a lovely four hours at Rainforest Spa today. The staff were friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. I really enjoyed my treatments and didn't want to leave the cosy warmth to venture outside. Highly recommend.

::Had a pedicure and manicure done by Tina over Christmas. A very pleasant interlude in a lovely oasis of peace. Look to be great views from the relaxation room but it was dark at the time of my brief visit. I’ll be back again to experience more!

::You won't be disappointed with this Spa. One of the things I liked mostly was the feeling of intimacy that you don't find in some of the larger Spas. There was this immediate feeling of 'genuine' friendliness. A very big plus and something I was most surprised with was the fact that there's no pressure put on you to buy into other treatments or purchase other products. This was most refreshing ...... I honestly hate the whole sales pitch where you're being made feel obliged to make further purchases. Well done guys ----- when I've finished my course of my chosen treatment, I'll be definitely availing of one or two other little treatments. Thank you

::The Rainforest Spa is wonderful. My wife and I recently went for a massage and we were very happy with the whole experience. The staff are amazing as are the views. Such a tranquil place. Kirsten was my masseuse and I want to specifically note that this was the best massage I've ever had. There was an issue where the masseuse who was to massage my wife had to leave due to a family matter (which is totally understandable) and my wife and I were both very happy with how manager accommodated us. This was our second visit and we will be visiting again.
