  Very nice interiors and pleasant atmosphere. Staff very friendly. Location is a bit out of the from the centre, but there is trams stop within a short walk away from the hotel. Overall very nice hotel for a short stay.

  Loved this hotel! Stayed last fall and the staff were amazingly helpful and so friendly. The rooms were terrific and well appointed but it overwhelmingly was the staff that I remember the most. We were a big group and they quickly accommodated a couple room switches that were better for some of the elderly in our group. Can’t say enough about how charming the hotel was and did I mention the STAFF? Would like to come again ASAP.

  A homely and friendly hotel pub with food. Very good service and a comfortable atmosphere. Good place to meet with friends for a relaxing evening. Recommended.

  Have stayed here several times and it doesn't disappoint. Last time we stayed in the new building which I would recomend for a quiet sleep. Well decorated and comfortable. Nicely located on the edge of the city with a lively pub just across the way.

  We had a lovely stay here. Very helpful staff. A very slight issue with the room was resolved swiftly. Breakfast in Tom's Table was very good. Lovely decor. We will be back.
